Service Description
Toner and deluxe haircut service for clients whose hair is already lightened, enhanced with a professional K18 treatment to repair damage. Toner corrects unwanted tones and refreshes hair color. Shampoo, blowout, and/or curling iron styling included. Note: Clients with extra think and/or long hair may have to pay a $25 surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Lateness Policy * A valid card on file is required to book. * 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. * Changes or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100 percent of the service. * No-shows will be charged in full. * Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged 100 percent. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened service (for example, no blow-dry or styling). Adjustment Policy * If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. * Complimentary adjustments will be offered if scheduled within 14 days of the original service. * Adjustments are not offered for changes of mind or new style direction. * All service sales are final.
